DIEGO
MEDINA

Diego is a dedicated soccer coach with a passion for the game that started at a young age. Having played soccer since the age of 5, he developed a deep understanding of the sport's nuances and strategies. With nearly 5 years of coaching experience under his belt, Diego has made significant contributions to the development of players at various levels.

He began his coaching journey by coaching recreational teams for 3 years, where he fostered a love for the game in young athletes while instilling fundamental skills and values. Following this, he served as an assistant coach for 2 years, honing his coaching techniques and gaining valuable insights into team dynamics and strategy.

Currently 32 years old, Diego continues to inspire and mentor aspiring soccer players, drawing from his extensive playing experience and coaching expertise. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Off the field, Diego finds inspiration in the legendary soccer player Ronaldo, whose skill, determination, and charisma have left an indelible mark on the sport. He strives to embody Ronaldo's passion and dedication in his coaching approach, inspiring his players to reach new heights on and off the field

Esteban Ganancias Coach for Elite Girls Futbol Club

GANANCIAS

A native of Lakeland, Coach Ganancias brings a tremendous amount of experience from every level of soccer to the program. Ganancias served on the coaching staff of Southeastern University helping the Fire to the conference championship and back-to-back National Final Four appearances.

 

While at SEU, he began working with two-time United Soccer Coaches Player of the Year, Uchenna Kanu, and continued to train her in preparation for her outstanding performance in the 2019 FIFA World Cup. Coupled with stops at Webber International University and the USSF Development Academy. 

In addition to his degree from Polk State College, he garnered US Soccer coaching licenses including the USSF C, USSF D, USSF E, and several United Soccer Coaches coaching education diplomas.
